Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These terms explain how this website works and what to expect when you request service from Reliable Plumbing & Heating, a plumbing and heating company based in Deer Park, NY, serving Nassau and Suffolk County.

Use of this website

By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or with other visitors.

Free estimates

Estimates are free and come with no obligation. Submitting a request does not create a booking or a service agreement.

Before any work begins, we give you a clear, upfront price. If we find something unexpected once the job starts, we explain it and get your approval before doing any extra work.

Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed directly with our team by phone or email. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know as early as you can.

Our workmanship

We stand behind our work. Water heater installations include a 2-year labor guarantee: if anything is not right with our workmanship, we will fix it at no extra cost. Equipment and parts are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties.

Service information

Service descriptions, photos and service areas on this website are general summaries. The exact scope of each job is the one we agree on with you.

Reviews shown on this website were written by real customers on Google, Angi, Thumbtack and Networx. Some reviews may be shortened to fit the page.
